Renovations are somewhat of a moving target, always full of surprises. Once we get in behind the walls we begin to uncover true potential. When my clients acquired this gorgeous waterfront property, the interiors left a lot be desired. Trusting the process, we disassembled its façade and allowed the space to inform the design. Beneath thick green carpeting, walls heavily clad in river rock, layers of low-lying bulkheads and dark rooms revealed something genuinely beautiful.
